Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage general accounting functions, including accounts payable, general ledger, and taxes.
  • Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assess current practices, recommend improvements, and conduct cost-reduction evaluations.
  • Oversee financial audits, ensure timely year-end reporting, and liaise with external auditors.
  • Develop financial trends, projections, and performance analyses to inform managerial decisions.
  • Supervise and develop staff, setting goals, providing training, and fostering strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with departments to align on company plans and establish finance department objectives.
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; CPA or MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial principles, and statutory regulations.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager with advanced Microsoft Excel and finance software proficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
  • Leadership skills to guide teams and ensure effective financial processes.
  • Expertise in employee relationship building, performance management, and driving results.
  • Professional qualifications (CFA/CPA) are a plus.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year
