Responsibilities

  • You will lead the launch of new projects in line with our portfolio strategy
  • You will be responsible for Marketing. You will be responsible for leading the brand building, commercial, supply, financial, innovation and business agenda.
  • You will guarantee that there´s a compelling and winning commercial strategy to be developed with each of the clients, and you are in charge of working with commercial teams to bring that to life and reach objectives throughout the year.
  • You will work cross-functionally with other areas (Marketing, Sales, CMO, ICC, agencies, Digital Global and local teams) to ensure brand strategy and actions are aligned with the Marketing business plans, the sales goals and the CMO strategy.
  • Lead the Measurement & Evaluation of all actions, guiding the teams on the accurate budget allocation where we improve return and value for the clients and consumers.
  • Provide the commercial teams with insights, tools, resources and ideas to improve the value we get from the market, while developing a competitive advantage delivering value to customers "only Diageo could do"

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Brand management experience with at least 4 years working with or at consumer goods or luxury brands.
  • Studies in Business/Marketing/Engineering
  • Brand innovation and new product development experience at CPG or similar companies, including product development, supply chain, financial assessment, etc.
  • Information management and analytical skills
  • Experience leading commercial and trade marketing teams
  • Experience working with a wide range of agencies and external partners, integrating everything into a single connected plan.
  • Finance knowledge (P&L, Measurement & Evaluation, etc.)


Preferred Qualifications
  • Master Degree / MBA / Innovation or Entrepreneurial Graduate Programs
  • Proficiency Spanish /English advanced (90%)
