He/She will be a member of the global RGM community and will also manage the local implementation of the RGM agenda in the Europe region.
What you will be doing?
- Develop and execute data-driven insights, tools, and strategies that support revenue growth and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Strategy, Global Sales, Global brand teams, Global pricing teams. to unlock future sources of growth, develop RGM strategies and implement RGM initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to various departments on pricing-related matters, including product pricing and promotional pricing in full compliance with competition law rules.
- Work with Global RGM and Pricing team with local prices and NSV/EU metrics, category trends and key opportunity areas
- Identify and evaluate new data sources, technologies, and methodologies that can improve the effectiveness of RGM analytics.
- Change management on RGM Thought leadership within the organization.
- Lead and develop a team of pricing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster growth and excellence in pricing management.
- Building RGM capabilities and skill development.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the pricing organization.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or a related field within the FMCG industry and min. 10 years professional experience in sales and category development
- Experience in the consultancy is a PLUS, not a MUST
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proven experience in managing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, with a deep understanding of financial metrics and their impact on the business.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and business intelligence software's.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans to drive revenue growth.
