With strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and strategic thinking, the RGM Manager contributes significantly to the company's financial goals and competitive positioning in full compliance with competition law rules.

He/She will be a member of the global RGM community and will also manage the local implementation of the RGM agenda in the Europe region.

What you will be doing?
  • Develop and execute data-driven insights, tools, and strategies that support revenue growth and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Strategy, Global Sales, Global brand teams, Global pricing teams. to unlock future sources of growth, develop RGM strategies and implement RGM initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to various departments on pricing-related matters, including product pricing and promotional pricing in full compliance with competition law rules.
  • Work with Global RGM and Pricing team with local prices and NSV/EU metrics, category trends and key opportunity areas
  • Identify and evaluate new data sources, technologies, and methodologies that can improve the effectiveness of RGM analytics.
  • Change management on RGM Thought leadership within the organization.
  • Lead and develop a team of pricing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster growth and excellence in pricing management.
  • Building RGM capabilities and skill development.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the pricing organization.


What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or a related field within the FMCG industry and min. 10 years professional experience in sales and category development
  • Experience in the consultancy is a PLUS, not a MUST
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proven experience in managing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, with a deep understanding of financial metrics and their impact on the business.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and business intelligence software's.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans to drive revenue growth.
