Growth and profitability will be achieved via thought partnership on Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Planning, Customer Planning, Sales Performance Management and On and Off trade activations and assets. In addition, RGM leads the sourcing, development, and deployment of market implementation of RGM X.

This role will also be accountable for achieving behavior change and upskilling our Sales, Marketing and Finance teams through the development and deployment of learning solutions.

Purpose of Role

The RGM Manager - Mexico is a key leadership role to drive the Growth field including RGM, commercial planning, customer planning, and performance management in Diageo Mexico.

Financial Accountability

Responsible for the strategic delivery of the full business top-line performance and Gross Margin targets.

Key Functional Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Regional/Global RGM team to grow capabilities and share standard methodologies.
  • Co-lead the multifunctional RGM team being responsible for Promo Efficiency and Trade Terms levers.
  • RGM Champion for Agaves & Wholesalers Channel.
  • Understand and enable market decisions based on trade-offs between market share, volume, sales, price, mix and profit.
  • Handle high level of Complexity - Ability to work across selling divisions, and multiple functions to educate and embed the revenue growth management field to their respective business units.


Key Leadership Responsibilities
  • Partner with Commercial Leaders to embed RGM & E2E Planning ways of thinking and processes into the local market, including Planning and Business Performance Management routines, grounded in an analytical approach.
  • Engage and influence senior internal/external key customers to ensure complete delivery of the RGM transformation roadmap.
  • Partner up with Channel Heads to deliver counsel and strategic support on the RGM agenda.


Qualifications & Experience Required
  • Studies in Business, Economics or Engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced English (90%), Microsoft Office and Power BI.
  • Revenue Management / Commercial and Strategy experience in CPG companies (+3 years).
  • P&L and broader financial understanding.
  • Confirmed strategic, planning, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Able to influence the business around a clear goal and engage key partners at all levels.
  • A driven self-starter, obsessed with winning and performing thoughtfully.
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a driven environment with a sense of urgency

Flexible Working
  • Hybrid: 3 days in Diageo Offices in Mexico
