Global Travel NRM (Net Revenue Management) Manager

About the Role
For Diageo to achieve its ambitious growth and profitability agenda across the world, markets need to transform the way they develop, plan and implement their commercial plans. There is a particular focus required on Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to deliver a balance of growth across volume, pricing & mix that will drive sustainable value for Diageo, our customers and consumers.

Reporting to the Head of Revenue & Growth Planning (RGM), this role will support Global Travel across all Revenue Growth Management RGM pillars. This will include pricing interventions and optimising trade investment with customers. The Revenue Growth Manager will work closely with Commercial Account Managers, Commercial Finance, and the Head of RGM to identify key opportunities and support execution.
Responsibilities
Pricing:
- Support headline price increase implementation, working with account managers to implement planned NIP & RRSP increases
- Identifying further pricing opportunities through multi-lens market analyses (5Cs: context, consumer, customer, competition and climate)
- Reviewing shelf price execution and evaluation across accounts vs. strategic benchmarks
- Identify additional opportunities to drive market share, sales & profitability in-flight
Trade Investment & Promotions:
- Work closely with sales teams and commercial finance controllers to ensure adherence to the promotional policy, ensuring appropriate governance and controls are in place for all customer investment
- Oversee total promotional calendar, proving analytical support for M&E and to enhance promotional effectiveness & efficiency
- Explore trade investment levels across customers, finding opportunities to improve investment allocation, conditionality and compliance
- Revise promotional Code for Growth, to improve effectiveness and efficiency of promotional investment
RGM Sprints, Planning & Capability
- Support RGM sprints which define revenue and margin enhancement opportunities around pack, price, promotion, channels
- Supervise execution of RGM initiatives in-flight though BPM cycle
- Supports embedding of RGM capability and processes across the market, including through development of data tools, systems and processes (e.g. summary reports, training)
Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages
We would love to work with you if you have.
- 5+ years of experience NRM/RGM related fields with extensive commercial and finance acumen
- Strong familiarity with the P&L and its levers, plus expertise in one or more of: pricing / promo analytics, tool development, trade terms optimization, promotional effectiveness
- Demonstrated ability to perform advanced analytics and use results to deliver outcomes through strong relationships and influencing skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity in a matrixed environment
