• 100+ Brands, 2,500 SKU's & up to 40 million cases packed a year

• Whisky, Gin, Vodka, Rum & a wide range of ready-to-drink products

• Over 1.25m cases per week at peak

• 1100 people including 3rd parties

• 20 lines spread over three halls, with two new lines in the next 18 months

Top Accountabilities -

  • Bring strong leadership on shift and with your team.


  • Implement continuous improvement culture, supporting all Manufacturing Excellence standards and practices


  • Coach the production operators in their area for individual and team development and lead step change in employee engagement


  • Delivery of balanced business scorecard results in area to drive performance


  • Ownership of medium to long strategy for their area including CapEx and investment proposals to support productivity and performance improvement in line with the business strategy


  • Day-to-day running of the business across each area to ensure maximum efficiency
