Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Molding Teams operate assigned automated molding machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Tasks Summary and Responsibilities

• Adhere to all standard safety requirements and ensure the respect of PPE in molding area.
• Ensure the respect of Molding standards.
• Monitor and coordinate the production process.
• Implement regular shift meetings.
• Support toolmakers, machine setters and operators in case of problems.
• Ensure the needed training and support for staff.
• Set and optimize production machines.
• Order material in SAP if needed.
• Coordinate with other department to analyze problem and implement actions.
• Contribute on goals achievement.
• Prepare the employee assessment.
• Implement and monitor the holiday planning of shopfloor staff.
• Assure that the required quality and performance objectives are met.
• Initiate containment activities as required & blocking parts if necessary.
• Ensure the respect of Changeover & restart procedures with BBS & RB.
• Ensure the performing of general housekeeping duties in accordance with 5S+1 procedure.
• Ensure the respect of TPM.
