What you need to bring to this role
- Work across key areas of customer activation, advocacy, consumer activation and capabilities of brand knowledge
- Collaborate closely with the commercial and marketing team to co-create the best plans, ensuring the right balance of consistency with customer needs to accelerate our brands.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver exponential growth.
- Exhibit strong creative judgment and flair, delivering precision marketing that collects the essence of each brand's positioning.
- Build and maintain strong interpersonal networks within Diageo as well as with influencers, customers, and partners, improving the brand's reach and impact.
- Use customer insights while implementing activation plans
- Use sufficient metrics in order to identify key areas of focus, assess alternatives and accurate when needed
