In this role, you will be at the forefront of strategic decision-making, defining sourcing strategies, and selecting providers that align with our customers' IT and automation strategies. You will be the trusted advisor, accountable for delivering highly complex, multi-disciplined consulting engagements that provide lasting and measurable value to our esteemed customers. Your expertise in prioritizing use cases, conducting ROI and business case analyses, and seamlessly incorporating security and resiliency into future state designs will shape the foundation for success.
You will strategically develop a future state vision and roadmap, revolutionizing the infrastructure and network requirements to meet the ever-evolving needs of both IT and business. You'll be the catalyst for improved performance and productivity, identifying areas where efficiency can be optimized, costs minimized, risks reduced, and performance enhanced. You will capture, prioritize, and analyze technical requirements, both functional and non-functional, ensuring that every aspect of the solution is meticulously crafted to perfection.

Key Responsibilities of a Junior Consultant:
- Project Support: Assist in projects by gathering data, conducting research, and preparing reports.
- Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings and presentations, supporting senior consultants in understanding client needs and delivering solutions.
- Technical Skills: Develop technical skills in areas like hardware, software, and network systems through hands-on experience and training.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform IT solutions and recommendations.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing.
- Problem Solving: Assist in troubleshooting issues and identifying solutions.
- Documentation: Prepare documentation for systems and processes.
- Learning and Development: Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and trends.
- Business Acumen: Develop an understanding of business needs and how IT can support them.
- Change Management: Assist in the implementation and management of changes.

• Proficiency in using productivity tools and business intelligence software.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred).
Please note you must live and reside in Florida for this role.
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $74,640 to $141,960 based on a full-time schedule.
Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California:$82,200 to $170,280
Colorado: $74,640 to $141,960
New York City: $89,640 to $170,280
Washington: $82,200 to $156,240
Washington DC:$82,200 to $156,240
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
