The role
- Proactively resolves issues and identifies growth opportunities with vitality, maintaining a strong customer service focus
- Delivers high-quality reporting and insightful business analysis, redefining sophisticated data into relevant insights tailored for diverse audiences
- Provides actionable, realistic recommendations that account for business impacts and budget implications, balancing sound commercial judgment with logical problem-solving
- Builds strong, credible relationships with functional leads, the Controller's Group, and RtR through effective networking and interpersonal skills, improving financial literacy across non-financial teams
- Supports monthly O&R and actual reporting for Central Corporate functions and collaborates closely with Corporate Finance team members on ad-hoc requests, primarily aiding the Corporate FP&A Junior Manager and Senior Manager.

- Focus: 90% P&L, 10% Balance Sheet
- Leads the monthly actual reporting
- Coordinates O&R input collection and forecasting
- Analyzes profit centers for "vs Plan" and "YoY" variances, supporting recommendations alongside FP&A Junior and Senior Managers
- Actively participates in corporate planning and AOP submissions using tools like BFC and Anaplan
- Allocates central corporate results to regions for group external reporting
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, or Finance
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in finance or related fields
- Good communication skills in negotiation, influence, and expectation management
- Proficient in financial systems and advanced Excel for complex data analysis
- Solid understanding of SAP or similar ERP systems
- Excellent analytical skills with a dedication to accuracy
- Ability to balance multiple business partners
- Self-driven and capable of working independently
- Persistent and solution-focused, with the ability to dive deep into issues until resolve
- Proficient in English
