As the Communications and Engagement Coordinator at DBSI, the key role is to develop, support, execute and measure communication and engagement initiatives to ensure effective internal communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation and design: Write, edit, and curate engaging content for various internal communication channels, including Townhalls, weekly newsletters, SharePoint site, emails, and presentations.
• Communication Channels Management: Supervise the management, maintenance and optimization of internal communication platforms, such as the Viva Engage, Mosaic SharePoint and teamwork tools.
• Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives and encourage participation in company-wide events and programs.

• Mailbox management: maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing email and support in distribution of emails
• Employer Branding: Co-ordinate and Support the design and govern initiatives to build the Diageo brand in the talent marketplace and within the organization.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage relationships with empaneled vendors/partners, crafting standards for the vendors and safeguard the Diageo reputation and brand.
• Employee Resource groups: Support the 6 ERG communities in DBSI in overall execution of the activities and campaigns
• Event management: Support the organization and execution of DBSI town halls, annual celebrations and work closely with vendors wherever required.
