Work you'll do
As a Technical Business Analyst for the Automation Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our automation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

Functional Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for automation. This involves understanding current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing solutions to streamline operations.

Documentation: Accurately document meeting notes, requirements, and process flows. Ensure all documentation is clear, comprehensive, and accessible to all stakeholders.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for automation projects. This includes understanding the needs of the business, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Process Flow Development: Develop detailed process flows that outline the steps involved in current and proposed automated processes. Use these flows to communicate the vision and plan to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Testing: Conduct rigorous testing of automated processes to ensure they meet the specified requirements and function as intended. Identify and resolve any issues that arise during testing.

Communication: Serve as a liaison between the development team and other stakeholders. Ensure that all parties are informed of project progress, changes, and any issues that need to be addressed.

Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to identify and document automation opportunities. Understand their pain points and business objectives to propose effective automation solutions.

The Finance & Enterprise Performance (F&EP) teams advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions to help clients develop strategies and capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making, develop operating models to optimize organizational performance, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organizations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required
- JIRA and Confluence: Proficiency in using JIRA for project management and Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
- Functional Testing: Hands-on experience in functional testing, including the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
- Business Process Mapping: Strong skills in mapping business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
- User Stories: Ability to write clear and detailed user stories that capture business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Design Documents: Experience in creating comprehensive design documents that outline the technical and functional aspects of automation projects.
- Requirements Gathering: Extensive experience in gathering and documenting detailed requirements from stakeholders, ensuring they are actionable and aligned with project goals.
- Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Supporting: Experience in supporting various phases of the project lifecycle, including development, testing, and deployment.
