Position Purpose
This role supports the Product Manager by focusing on the technical execution of a product. The Technical Business Analyst will work on implementing the vision of the Product Manager, collaborating with the development team, designers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery. They will be responsible for product requirements, user stories and specifications, join daily standups with the development team, communicate requirements to designers and assist with design research, groom the backlog, and assist with data gathering.

- Technical Execution: Support the Product Manager in executing the technical vision for the product
- Requirements and Specifications: Develop and maintain product requirements and specifications
- Development Collaboration: Join daily standups and collaborate closely with the development team
- Design Support: Work with designers to create and refine product designs
- Backlog Grooming: Assist in grooming the product backlog to prioritize tasks effectively
- Data Gathering: Support data collection and analysis to inform product decisions
- Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- 3+ years of business analyst experience including writing software feature requirements
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Previous software industry experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Time & Attendance, Scheduling, or the Healthcare industry
