Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Manager in Atlanta, Georgia and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Lead SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Direct the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Manage service excellence by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall engagement. Lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Help secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities. Manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal processes and promote SAP knowledge sharing in the team by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 6 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 4 years of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Managing the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; meeting specific requirements including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs, utilizing SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), Accelerated SAP (ASAP), and SAP Activate methodologies;
  • Leading business development activities, including proposal development and responses to Requests for Proposals, eminence, and point of view development;
  • Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices;
  • Managing day to day interactions with executives and sponsors, developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers, and organizing and leading pursuit teams;
  • Leading components of engagements, evaluating client's business and modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing SAP S/4HANA Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), SAP Digital Supply Chain (DSC), SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Financial Solutions;
  • Leading global project teams and project delivery, and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Atlassian Jira, Spira Date, Microsoft (MS) Azure DevOps, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams;
  • Executing client deliverables including Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, and Go-Live and support per business specifications and agreed timelines, utilizing Jira and SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM); and,
  • Leading and managing large SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM), Central Finance, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), DSC, and SuccessFactors
    implementations in Retail, Consumer, and Supply Chain industries.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
