Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Manager in San Francisco, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Oversee information technology projects including software advisory and implementation of services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage service excellence by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall engagement. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Oversee the information technology project proposal development process and proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices. Help secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities; manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 6 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 4 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Project and Program Management to oversee information technology projects to support software advisory and implementation services for clients across the Media & Entertainment, Public sector, and Healthcare industries;
- Evaluating technology needs of an organization and managing the development of profitability and growth strategies, utilizing Current State Assessments and Gap Analysis;
- Managing and delivering components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies;
- Leading stakeholder and communications management processes, including risk and issue escalation and executive reporting;
- Overseeing the planning of engagement scopes, project budgets, staffing, and managing project economics to ensure maximum project profitability, utilizing Pricing models and staffing sheets;
- Leading, developing, and delivering business development activities, including client proposals, pricing and Statement of Work (SOW) creation, responding to Requests for Proposals (RFP), point of view development, and eminence;
- Overseeing the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing Jira;
- Managing, developing, and mentoring staff, assessing engagement performance, and performing year-end reviews.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $175,725.00 - $292,875.00.
