Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Consultant in Austin, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Develop Cloud-based software and technology solutions, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and systems development life cycle. Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Recommend, design, and implement Cloud Computing, IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), Managed Cloud, Server Virtualization, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Desktop as a Service (DaaS) solutions. Participate in various aspects of the full software development life cycle, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, and escalations and urgent issues. Help facilitate continuous business improvement by planning and monitoring solution enhancements, upgrades, support packs, and scheduled functional releases. Help coordinate and manage test strategies, user behavior analysis, metrics, and reporting.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
• Performing data cleansing, data conversions, interface design, interface development, and systems development utilizing MuleSoft Anypoint Studio embedded with Java;
• Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, utilizing RESTful API Modeling Language (RAML) design, API Manager, and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform API Exchange tools;
• Automating development and deployment tasks, using Jenkins CICD pipelines;
• Working across all phases of the Agile and Waterfall project delivery life cycle for the design, development, and implementation of APIs and various Cloud integrations using MuleSoft;
• Assisting teams in deployment to environments, including development, testing, and production on MuleSoft Anypoint Runtime Fabric servers and MuleSoft CloudHub;
• Developing multi-tier architecture applications including API development and integration tools using MuleSoft;
• Troubleshooting development and deployment issues by debugging codes and interpreting logs, utilizing the MuleSoft Anypoint platform log monitoring tool and Jenkins pipeline logs for deployment issues; and
• Working with a team of developers to both produce new components and resolve defects through a standard defect resolution process, utilizing Jira, Salesforce, and ServiceNow ticketing systems.
