Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Consultant in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Help support the development of innovative and transformative solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients within the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector Industry. Design enterprise, customer, and operating model strategies and advise clients on how to grow their business and achieve target cost structures. Support clients with capability gap analysis to achieve planned growth, define initiatives and build transformation roadmaps. Work closely with the project team and pharmaceutical / medical devices / biotechnology clients on various consulting projects to understand therapeutic areas, disease states and drug products as relevant to the project through primary and secondary research from key Life Sciences databases, including Evaluate Pharma, Biomed Tracker, DRG, etc. Support global implementation of strategy recommendations with respect to business processes, operating model and technology solutions for clients in pharmaceutical / medical devices / biotechnology. Help clients innovate and transform their current business models and customer experiences to create sustaining competitive advantage, and leverage emerging digital and cognitive technologies. Assist clients in developing a shared services organization and improving back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management via feasibility studies, global best practices and standards, industry benchmarks, and process scopes. Analyze industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative financial market information, key players, and industry trends.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
- Providing industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling to produce analysis and algorithms, utilizing Tableau and SQL;
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) to provide scalable designs and technical solutions;
- Capturing business requirements, creating high-level design documents, and implementing analytical solutions using Wireframe, Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint, and AWS;
- Working across all phases of the healthcare data management and analysis across drug development process for product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise-level clients;
- Designing and developing reports and dashboards to measure performance metrics of clients, utilizing Tableau and MS Excel; and
- Analyzing business requirements and documenting functional requirements in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Planner.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $111,966.00 - $155,375.00.
