In this role, you will lead a team focused on driving an innovation portfolio to identify and implement new in-clinic and digital technology and experiences to create a best-in-class patient and provider experience. The ideal candidate is driven by curiosity and a desire to explore what can be, while also having the discipline and rigor necessary to lead concepts from ideation to full scale. This role requires the ability to evaluate options and make sound business decisions, a strong ability to execute and deliver outcomes, and a deep understanding of the product development process across IT and Digital systems. This candidate will also have a proven track record of leading complex projects that require alignment of diverse stakeholders, and the ability to impact and influence up to the SVP level.   • Drive innovation by ideating, sizing, testing, and scaling new opportunities to deliver value through volume capture, improved clinical outcomes, waste reduction, and optimization of patient digital experience
  • Responsible for creating and implementing a 12month+ road map for the thoughtful utilization of AI and related technologies to maximize patient/provider experience and drive superior clinical outcomes
  • Developing and driving a patient communication portfolio, inclusive of direct messaging via Epic/Secure Messaging, SMS, Email, and IVR communication, both for transactional and clinical messaging
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of related experience
  • Regular and reliable attendance, whether in person or virtual
  • Deeply strategic and operationally oriented, constantly focused on performance excellence and efficiency, but also seeking ways to innovate and grow
  • Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and rapid change; an experimenter by nature with an orientation toward systems thinking and oriented towards general management roles
  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written, with executive presence and the ability to influence across functions and at all levels of an organization up to and including EVP level executives
  • Highly organized and able to provide positive leadership across multiple work streams in a fast-paced, complex working environment
  • Demonstrated project management skills with an emphasis on integrating multiple work outputs into a unified deliverable and executive narrative
  • Strong team leader able to create a high performing and inclusive culture, manage, mentor, and develop junior team members and strategically align the work and people to build team capabilities and accelerate results in a highly ambiguous and matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA, NP, PharmD, or other advanced degree preferred
  • Strong preference for experience in:
    • Digital product development and management
    • Technology product development in healthcare
    • Management consulting
    • Healthcare operations


Education
Bachelor Degree Required.


Masters or Doctorate preferred.Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
