Maven is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Director of Growth Campaigns to lead our demand generation efforts to drive pipeline and revenue growth. As the Director of Growth Campaigns, you'll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate qualified leads, marketing qualified accounts, and increase revenue. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including content, product marketing, sales, account based marketing, design, events, and marketing ops, you'll design strategies that target our ideal customers, nurture them through the buyer's journey, and convert them into loyal clients.
As the Director of Growth Campaigns at Maven, you will:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy, aligning with company goals and sales objectives to drive measurable growth in qualified leads, marketing qualified accounts, pipeline, and revenue.
- Partner with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across the buyer's journey and develop go-to-market strategies that effectively address our target market's needs.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize demand generation tactics, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
Campaign Management
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple distribution channels, including email marketing, paid media, SEM, display, and paid social.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from strategy to creative development, through deployment and post-campaign analysis.
- Work with the content team to develop relevant, engaging materials that speak to various stages of the funnel and resonate through deployment and post-campaign analysis.
Funnel Optimization & Lead Management
- Drive top-of-funnel and mid-funnel growth by developing high-quality lead generation programs, nurturing programs, and automated workflows that move leads through the sales funnel effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing ops, rev ops, sales teams to optimize lead quality and routing, improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates, and enhance the handoff process.
- Partner with Web lead to optimize the website and landing pages to improve conversion rates and enhance the user journey, using tools like A/B testing and personalization.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights to leadership teams and recommend adjustments to improve KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline growth, and ROI.
- Forecast demand generation results and track progress against KPIs and revenue goals.
We’re looking for you to bring:
- Focus on pipeline and revenue targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue goals through successful campaigns that drive high-quality leads, marketing qualified accounts, and quality pipeline.
- History of leading high-performing campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs, including lead volume, conversion rates, and engagement metrics, while effectively nurturing partner with digital marketing, content, brand, product marketing, and marketing ops teams to create campaigns that resonate with target personas and address pain points at each stage of the buyer's journey.
- Effective Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
- Elevated Brand Presence: Contribute to a strong brand presence through effective campaigns that increase awareness, market positioning, and engagement within target audiences.
- Experience: 10+ years in demand generation or growth marketing with a demonstrated ability to achieve lead and pipeline growth.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Technical Skills: Analytical Mindset: A data-driven leader with strong quantitative and analytical skills to guide strategic decisions.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in B2B, Healthcare, SaaS, or technology industries is a plus.
For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $160,000-$190,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
For candidates in the NYC-metropolitan area, this role will require you to be in-office for 3 days each week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). While flexibility will always be core to Maven’s policies, we also believe in the power of in-person connection. Our hybrid work policy was created with both principles in mind.
This role requires active work authorization in the US.
