Keeping our customers at the heart of everything we do, the Visual Merchandising Team will collaborate across various stakeholder groups including but not limited to; Merchandising, Store Operations, Inventory, Marketing and Pricing to create innovative merchandising solutions.This position will support the graphic design and create seasonal communications that provide direction used for store execution of merchandising solutions for Valentines, Easter, Summer, Halloween, & Holiday. Under the direction of the Visual Merchandising Manager, this colleague will partner cross-functionally to support the merchandising plans designed each season to entice customers to make purchases within our stores. Estimated % of Time
Partner with the RISD Seasonal Team to develop the graphic design of communications for each season on best practices for merchandising seasonal departments in our stores. He/she designs and creates the communications by being provided explicit instruction while maintaining look and feel of corporate style guides.

- 1+ years' advanced experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Teams)
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suit Application:
- InDesign
- Illustrator
- Photo Shop
- Basic layout, typography, and page formatting skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and contribute ideas in a team setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently and to navigate through ambiguous situations that may periodically arise.
- Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals.
- Type formatting skills in InDesign tab character styles, paragraph, character styles numbering and find and replace
- Prepress/Printing familiarity. How to release something press heading PDF
- Color correction of files within InDesign files
- Photoshop masking / clipping capabilities. Drawing with pen tool in Photoshop
- Ability to work within a cross functional team environment and take direction accordingly
- Ability to plan, coordinate and set priorities on several projects simultaneously while meeting all deadlines
- Excellent design sense and organizational skills
- High School diploma or GED
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager
- Travel- up to 10% based upon needs of the business
- Excellent oral, written, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills

The typical pay range for this role is:$21.10 - $44.99This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
