We are looking for a LINE HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST - SENIOR talent, to join our specialized CUMMINS JUAREZ team for our HUMAN RESOURCES department for CIUDAD JUAREZ, CHIHUAHUA, MEXICO.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position you will have an impact by:

  • Knowing and applying the Company's HR procedures (policies and processes).
  • Knowing and applying LFT, as well experience in Labor Relations.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR processes and Relation Labors.
  • Strong experience knowing, managing and mentoring HR processes.
  • Experience giving staff first level support.
  • Proven experience applying procedures and policies related to LFT and interior regulations.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • IAFT experience is a plus.
