DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Follow established procedures to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions, and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse.
- Check incoming goods for damage and discrepancies.
- Accurately sort, label, store goods, and optimize warehouse space.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods as per requests.
- Operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Report any major injury hazards and work-related incidents.
- Comply with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Engage in HSE training and promote safety.
- Follow standard work procedures and perform quality checks.
- Identify and control non-conforming material.
- Communicate effectively with team members and participate in training and improvement activities.
- Perform miscellaneous duties to meet business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Licenses/Certifications: Certification to operate powered industrial vehicles and other heavy machinery. Forklift license required.
- Experience: Some work experience or intermediate level knowledge through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
