Advanced Warehouse Operator - Level II

DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Follow established procedures to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions, and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse.
  • Check incoming goods for damage and discrepancies.
  • Accurately sort, label, store goods, and optimize warehouse space.
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods as per requests.
  • Operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Report any major injury hazards and work-related incidents.
  • Comply with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Engage in HSE training and promote safety.
  • Follow standard work procedures and perform quality checks.
  • Identify and control non-conforming material.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and participate in training and improvement activities.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties to meet business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Certification to operate powered industrial vehicles and other heavy machinery. Forklift license required.
  • Experience: Some work experience or intermediate level knowledge through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
