1. New Technology Relationships and Capabilities

Build external connections and create outcomes-based encounters with technology. More than a set of relationships and experiments, we are building a sustainable capability that allows for rapid experimentation and accelerated enterprise adoption. This work includes building a baseline of use cases and opportunities for partners, and onboarding and experimentation. Over time, this work draws the map connecting selected developers and our needs.

2. Cloud Systems Framework Instantiation

Specification and implementation of foundational services to support a cloud-based primary infrastructure, including multi-cloud principles, account management, naming conventions, design rules for bursting, on-ramps, and dynamic capacity provisioning. Design the digital core.

3. Data Technology Foundations

Instantiation of a cloud-based environment for large-scale data ingestion, security, enrichment, predictive and prescriptive analytics, and advanced visualizations. These services are sequenced with the prioritization of business analytics, such as bioinformatics, yield maximization, and observational and real-world data. Our intent is to allow end-users to explore and evaluate the data, directly.

4. Systems Engineering

Build a full-stack software engineering team for prototyping, developing proprietary applications, and working with third-party developers to ensure the product meets specifications (including medical device manufacturers and digital therapeutic developers).

5. Emerging Platform Fabrication

Ingests platform design from systems architecture and creates the stitching between components (old and new) to promote information velocity and follow-on connectivity. This provides the Platform Owner with the levers to create leverage and reusability.

6. Next Generation

End-user Productivity. Introduce low-code/no-code platforms and practices to allow end-users to build applications and analytic space., quickly, safely, and with limited expertise.

7. Engineering Tool Chains

Responsible for the methods and tool chains to support Agile, DevOps, and NoOps.
