The Solution Consultant will deliver an innovative, engaging, and strategic sales presentation with a clear and concise value message. In collaboration with the sales team, you will provide discovery and analysis of current business needs and development of impactful professional demonstrations. You will share your knowledge with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle as well as with the Solution Consultant team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality, engaging, and strategic sales presentations with a clear, strong value message.
• Maintain expertise in UKG solutions.
• Solve moderately complex issues by taking new perspectives on existing solutions. Develop new approaches by evaluating various alternatives and their impacts on the team.
• Act as a resource for others by providing expertise and guidance. Work independently, with only general direction for new assignments.
• Simplify complex scenarios, build consensus, and serve as the point of contact for critical information.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of industry experience (HCM, HR, Payroll and/or Time)
• 3+ years of presales/solution consultant experience
• Proven ability to drive team objectives.
• In-depth understanding of the company's role within the industry and how this position aligns and integrates with related functions across the organization.

Preferred:

• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to think critically in a fast-paced setting
• Must be a good listener; ability to understand a prospect's unspoken but implied criteria
• Strong experience presenting to executives at enterprise organizations
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while considering their organizational impact.

Education/Certifications/Licenses:

• American Payroll Association certification (FPC or CPP) is desired
• Professional in Human Resources certification (SPHR or PHR) is desired

Travel:

• 35% travel required

Pay Transparency:

The base salary range for this position is $105,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
