Position Description
You'll work closely with not only our amazing sales teams, but everyone involved in the customer journey - value selling teams, marketing, customer success teams, etc. You will be a trusted advisor to our customers and demonstrating how our cutting-edge technology can elevate their business to new heights.
You'll provide discovery and analysis of customer business needs and determine best fit strategic UKG solutions. You will then deliver a value focused innovative, engaging, and impactful presentation and demonstration with a clear and concise value message.

• Unleash your inner consultant: Dive deep into customer and prospect needs, understand their pain points, and craft tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
• Become a product expert: Master the intricacies of our comprehensive suite of HR, Pay, and Workforce Management solutions. Use your deep domain or product expertise to recommend best practices and create raving fans of UKG solutions.
• Deliver captivating presentations: Wow audiences with your dynamic and engaging presentations and demonstrations showcasing the power of UKG technology.
• Collaborate with the best: Work alongside a talented and passionate team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Drive effective and strategic sales processes: Work alongside our value and marketing teams within a sales cycle to lead business discussions and solve customer challenges.

Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience with UKG Pro or Equivalent HCM Solution, or 5+ years of industry experience (HR, Payroll, Time etc.)
• 3+ years' experience with Presales/solution consulting / Presentation to C Suite executives
• Ability to engage with all levels of an organization to understand and then demonstrate how UKG can solve their pain points.
• A strategic mind with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.
• A willingness to travel up to 30% and explore new horizons.

The base salary for this position is $105,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
