This strategic leadership role is pivotal in designing the next chapter of growth for Franchise Units in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, and Mongolia. It requires delivering cohesive and actionable market insights with stakeholders, ensuring our business strategies are closely aligned with corporate objectives, cross-functional teams, and bottling partners, and making a significant impact at the forefront of our business. Key responsibilities include headroom mapping by category/channel to identify growth pockets in NSR and OI and reviewing capabilities to address this headroom.
What You'll Do for Us:
- Strategic Leadership and Integration: Develop high-impact strategies that drive business growth by proactively integrating and analyzing data from Insights & Analysis, Operations Planning support, and BTO/EWI collaboration to identify market opportunities.
- Driving Collaborative Execution: Lead collaboration with Franchise Units and commercial teams, setting and driving future-focused strategic agendas to enhance execution strategies at both the market and territory levels.
- End-to-End Alignment with Bottlers: Lead the comprehensive alignment process with Bottlers, ensuring consistency and cohesion in strategic and business planning. Proactively to set the agenda and always driving for the best progress and results.

Work Focus:
- Market-Driven Commercial Strategies: Develop and drive market-driven commercial strategies and deep insights, taking the initiative to set and advance strategic agendas, ensuring they are actionable and lead to business success across HKTMM markets.
- Strategic Analysis and Execution: Utilize strategic analysis to strengthen local business strategies and formulate actionable plans that result in achieving business goals.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Lead the process and work with cross-functional leads to align bottling partners to LRP & ABP. Work with cross-functional leads to identify issues/find solutions and scale opportunities around Big Bet categories & commercial value creation pillars.
- Bottler Collaboration and Alignment: Lead the end-to-end alignment process with Bottlers, working closely with finance and cross-functional teams to propel business progression and growth.
- Ensure Progress Made against Plans: Provide regular progress vs plan scorecard updates on LRP & ABP metrics and category and commercial Big Bets
- Advocating Best Practices: Act as conduit between the global/OU strategy team and the local HKTMM functional leads to cascade the learnings of the strategies of other areas of the world.

Experience/Skills Requirement:
- Over 15 years of senior-level experience in business, operations, or strategy-related fields.
- Proven leadership, influence, and negotiation skills with senior leadership teams.
- Strong business acumen and strategic analysis skills, enabling foresight and guidance in business development.
- Franchise leadership and influencing skills.
- Systemic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, allowing for efficient decision-making in complex environments.
- Superior communication and influencing skills when interacting with stakeholders.
- Innovation and adaptability, leading the team through dynamic market changes.
- A pragmatic approach to setting priorities, balancing short-term and long-term goals.
- Must be based in either HK or Taipei and can commit 30-40% time every month to travel to other territories under HKTMM.
