Commercial Planning Manager

Develop commercial strategies and plans for the Korea region to drive sustainable and profitable business growth capturing insights by analyzing various data sources

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Monitor and report on category, brand, and package performance by customer/channel, and analyze customer transaction data.
  • Prepare various reports, consolidate key data for global and OU (operating unit) reports, and share monthly estimates with relevant teams.
  • Use data analytics to identify and prioritize revenue growth opportunities in key channels and customers (eCommerce, CVS, Eating & Drinking, Super & Hyper-markets, etc.).
  • Support annual and long-range business planning, conduct ad-hoc analyses by channel, and forecast channel dynamics for the next 1 to 3 years.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • University/Bachelor's degree. At least 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience, including business performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and create compelling stories.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and project leadership in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Solid understanding of brand strategies and goals for different channels and customers.
