Position Overview:

The role will be a part of the Platform Service Data and Analytics (D&A) OU team in the EMEA Region and works directly with the EUROPE OU team to develop scaled & ad-hoc Business Intelligence (BI) products under her or his care.

This includes leading BI Product development in collaboration with Europe OU teams, managing stakeholders of the BI products, and working with the Europe RDC teams to develop new BI products or improve existing ones. High trust in data products will have to be achieved through understanding regional & global stakeholder requirements, prioritizing them, and delivering with the allocated developer capacity.

What You'll Do for Us:

• Master the understanding of key business objectives and strategy across the relevant business domains (e.g. Financial & business performance, Customer & Commercial, Digital...) via communicating with business stakeholders and translate business needs into BI & reporting products.
• Define, prioritize, and drive realization of improvements in the reporting solution to meet business needs and increase adoption.
• During the product development, follow rigorous Agile processes and documents requirements & deliverables.
• Contribute to the development of enterprise capability frameworks and products.
• Organize and lead user trainings on reporting products and ensure sufficient knowledge in the organization to meet business insight needs.
• Embed a culture of data driven decision making, self-organizing & empowered teams, and product management excellence.
• Support and guide more junior members of the team through the product development so that they develop technical skills and business knowledge, ultimately supporting on their career growth.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent required.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or other reporting solution and proven track record of developing and launching multiple reporting solutions in large organizations.
• Experience as an IT Product Manager or Developer (or equivalent experience) working in an Agile environment will be considered as an advantage.
• Good understanding of Agile tools (Azure DevOps and/or GitHub is preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies
• Hands-on experience in Python, SQL is a plus to aid collaboration with the Regional & Global Development Centres.
• Must be a good communicator, with ability to understand business insight needs and translate to the products under development.
• Proven UI/UX - User Interface/ User Experience expertise is a plus.
• Product Management and Agile/ DevOps. Product Owner Certification (CSPO) or CDMP Data Management certification is a plus.
