About The Role:

As a CBRE Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the timely intake and transmitting of appraisal bid detail between our valuation professionals and clients with a high level of accuracy. You'll be on a team of on and offshore staff to coordinate and process client requests for quotes received by email or via API intake into our system platform.

What You'll Do:

  • Process emails requesting quotes in shared mailbox, via system platform and web leads
  • Manage and update professional's login credentials via a secure vault.
  • Access client portals for sourcing property details.
  • Reference various resource documents as well as internal and external apps and platforms ensuring quotes handling accuracy to client requirements, research of prior appraisal and potential conflicts.
  • Coordinate with professionals and/or other groups in efforts to progress stalled quotes.
  • Follow a standard mailbox structure and core SOP above company guidelines.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
  • Prior experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role preferred.
  • Intermediate skills with Adobe, SmartSheet, and Microsoft Office Suite (10 or above) products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills building strong relationships with colleagues and field professionals.
  • Effective strategic planning and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
