About The Role:

As a CBRE Business Services Coordinator, you will provide operations support with Property Tax Bills, Billing and Accounts Receivables, Contract Administration, Property Tax Forecasting, and Transaction Processing. You'll be responsible for tax research, accuracy of data, delinquency testing, portfolio completeness, and assisting with client requests and communications.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate the timely entry, procuring and processing of all tax bills and payments.
  • Ensure all payments are made to taxing jurisdictions in accordance with client funding specifications and dates.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate data in the jurisdictional library. Responsible for balancing, updating, and verifying all parcel information.
  • Review and understand customer agreements for client specific needs.
  • Respond in a timely manner to customer requests and maintains good client relationships.
  • Collaborate with team to meet customer timelines and requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with a minimum of two years of related experience.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
  • Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
  • Ability to understand and carry out general instructions. Ability to address problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Experience with financial software systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, MTA, VAS and I-Track).
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
