As an RIA Regional Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a business plan in support of sales goals and cover a defined territory (specific set of RIA firms) as the sole relationship manager and sales professional. You will create relationships and drive sales to raise and retain assets via virtual and in person interactions with your RIA firms. You will identify the needs of RIA firms and their client's retirement needs and suggest products and options.

- You have experience developing and executing territory management and sales growth business plans to RIA firms.
- You have experience initiating sales interactions with RIA firms via phone, web conference and video conferencing and feel opportunistic about traveling for onsite visits.
- You have strong collaboration and partnership skills while working closely with your territory pod to provide support.
- You demonstrate a strong knowledge of investment selection, institutional analysis, asset allocation, and portfolio construction methodology by applying it to RIA firms.
- Bachelor's degree and/or CIMA, CFA, or CFP designation strongly preferred.
- The RRM role requires a Series 7 & 66.
- 4+ years of relevant experience strongly preferred.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
