As a PCS Marketing Summer Associate, you will support marketing projects from inception to execution using different measurements for various client segments and strategic initiatives. You will assist in strategizing, creating, implementing and evaluating fully integrated marketing plans including events, media and other targeted tactics.

Primary responsibilities/essential functions:

  • Supports the overall marketing strategy for the PCS client group to achieve desired changes in target audience behavior or attitudes
    • Partners with marketing research, sales and product teams to determine key audience insights that drive the achievement of business objectives.
    • Partners with marketing communications and digital marketing teams to deploy marketing programs aligned to PCS business strategy.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of marketing efforts and recommends adjustments as needed

  • Measures audience engagement with marketing efforts.
  • Tracks and records changes in attitudes or behaviors over time.
  • Evaluates the cost-benefits of marketing efforts.
  • Contributes to the operational effectiveness of the marketing department
    • Identifies areas for improvement and provides recommendations on existing operating models and processes.
    • Supports implementation of process improvements.

    • You are a current student pursuing an MBA or master's degree in marketing.
    • You have an anticipated Spring 2026 graduation date and a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
    • You have 0 - 2 years of marketing experience and project work that required making data-driven decisions.
    • You have experience evaluating the effectiveness of marketing efforts and recommending adjustments as needed.
    • You stay current with marketing best practices.
    • You have demonstrated strong time management skills to assure that deliverables are completed in a timely manner.
    • You are highly motivated and can maintain composure under pressure.
    • You demonstrate sound judgment in resolving matters of moderate complexity.

    Hourly Rate: $40/hour

    In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
