As a PCS Summer Associate, you will partner with our Client Relationship Team to service our high-net-worth clients, comprised of individuals, entities, foundations and more. You will also work on various projects to help support the PCS business. Our PCS sales and client relationship team (CRT) is passionate about delivering clients impeccable client service and this role will be able to directly influence the experience clients have. Success in this role could lead to a full-time offer as a Private Client Service Associate.

As a PCS Summer Associate, you will

  • You will gain a deeper understanding of the PCS business and how we service our clients, prospects and COIs through engaging with CSAs and Private Client Relationship Managers (RMs) and leaders within various sales and support roles
  • You will observe client calls with CRT to better understand how we interact with clients to deliver impeccable client service
  • You will learn and develop service and presentation skills through training and experiential learning culminating in an end of the summer presentation
  • You will lead project work needed to accomplish business goals applying PCS technology and systems
  • You will participate in a variety of responsibilities and assigned projects based on business needs

  • You are pursuing a bachelor's degree with an anticipated Spring 2026 graduation date with a current GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • You possess a strong interest in a financial services career, specifically client management
  • You demonstrate strong relationship building, collaboration, organizational and communication skills
  • You exhibit leadership qualities and are proactive in your work
  • You exhibit a passion for continuous learning

Hourly Rate: $30.50/hour

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
