As a Crisis Management and Business Continuity Summer Associate based in Irvine or Hampton Roads, you will take an active role within the global organization. You will have the opportunity to interact with various teams across Capital Group, utilizing technical, communication and interpersonal skills and providing valuable input to crisis management and business continuity practices. This may include supporting operational resilience project work, business continuity planning and other targeted projects related to crisis management, business continuity and operational resilience. Success in this role can lead to a full-time offer as a Business Continuity Associate at Capital Group.

- You'll perform various business continuity and crisis management activities providing objective perspective to business areas across the organization
- You'll take part in projects and workstreams, designed to improve existing processes and reporting capabilities
- You'll develop an understanding of business operations

- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Emergency Management, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2026.
- You have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- You can think independently, yet actively contribute in a collaborative environment. You are a clear and thoughtful communicator.
- An understanding of business continuity, operational resilience, crisis management and project management is a plus.

Irvine Base Salary: $28.50/hour
Hampton Roads Base Salary: $24/hour
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
