The Role

Corporate Security is a security expert responsible for the safety management of Kyndryl Japan's employees and facilities. Engaged in activities to protect company assets, such as entry/exit management, security system operation management, disaster response, general crisis management, and incident/accident response.
Collaborate with Asia-Pacific and global teams to ensure compliance with global governance, understand Kyndryl Japan's business/environment, and lead the appropriate and efficient implementation of security policies and technologies in Japan.

Who You Are

- Knowledge and experience in corporate security governance
- Basic knowledge of authentication system operation and management
- Knowledge and experience in crisis management, disaster response, and overall business continuity
- Experience in dealing with incidents, accidents, investigations, etc., such as violation of company regulations
- Overall communication skills in English (remote meetings with security personnel from Asia, Europe, and the United States, discussions by email, reports, etc.)
- Communication and management skills necessary for business collaboration with vendors (guarding, security systems) and internal related functions
- Experience in project management for global system and process implementation
- Familiarity with MS office tools and OA
