Job Description

We are seeking a PEGA Certified Lead System Architect to join our IT team. This position will be full-time, Hybrid , and is a contract position for 12 months.

Candidates will be asked to come into the office 2 Days / Week

What You'll Do

  • Meet with end users and technical staff of all types to gather and document business and system requirements

  • Propose comprehensive solutions based on business and technical requirements

  • Perform multiple roles as needed during the course of the project

  • Participate in Agile software development sprints and sprint planning activities

  • Lead agile teams and processes as necessary

  • Define solution acceptance criteria and assist in software testing

  • Publish software release notes and maintain other product documentation

  • Mentor Software Development team members as needed

  • Integrate best practices into current PEGA development procedures

  • Lead client workshops around software products and processes

  • Participate in and provide support to customer success teams

  • Develop standards, repeatable processes, and reusable components

  • Assists in project planning, including developing of timelines, composition of technical teams and leveling of resources

  • Mentor business and technical team members on processes and standards to promote consistency and improve productivity

  • Assist in the development and review of technical deliverables on projects


What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 7 years of PEGA Lead Development

  • A minimum of 7 Use Case Development

  • A minimum of 7 Years DB2, SQL Server

  • Working with users/stakeholders and Lead Business Architect to understand and capture software solution needs

  • Hands-on configuration and deployment of software solutions at the enterprise level.

  • Experience using PEGA Smart BPM

  • Experience using PEGA PMF

  • Experience using PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives - DCO

  • Use Case design and Development

  • Database - DB2 and Stored Procedures

  • PEGA Post SSA certification Experience

  • PEGA Certified Lead LSA certification

  • Experience in mentoring team members

  • Software development Life cycle and Agile Methodology

  • Strong Web Design and application development

  • Converting business into PEGA process flow

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
