We are seeking a PEGA Certified Lead System Architect to join our IT team. This position will be full-time, Hybrid , and is a contract position for 12 months.
Candidates will be asked to come into the office 2 Days / Week

What You'll Do
Meet with end users and technical staff of all types to gather and document business and system requirements
Propose comprehensive solutions based on business and technical requirements
Perform multiple roles as needed during the course of the project
Participate in Agile software development sprints and sprint planning activities
Lead agile teams and processes as necessary
Define solution acceptance criteria and assist in software testing
Publish software release notes and maintain other product documentation
Mentor Software Development team members as needed
Integrate best practices into current PEGA development procedures
Lead client workshops around software products and processes
Participate in and provide support to customer success teams
Develop standards, repeatable processes, and reusable components
Assists in project planning, including developing of timelines, composition of technical teams and leveling of resources
Mentor business and technical team members on processes and standards to promote consistency and improve productivity
Assist in the development and review of technical deliverables on projects
What You'll Need
A minimum of 7 years of PEGA Lead Development
A minimum of 7 Use Case Development
A minimum of 7 Years DB2, SQL Server
Working with users/stakeholders and Lead Business Architect to understand and capture software solution needs
Hands-on configuration and deployment of software solutions at the enterprise level.
Experience using PEGA Smart BPM
Experience using PEGA PMF
Experience using PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives - DCO
Use Case design and Development
Database - DB2 and Stored Procedures
PEGA Post SSA certification Experience
PEGA Certified Lead LSA certification
Experience in mentoring team members
Software development Life cycle and Agile Methodology
Strong Web Design and application development
Converting business into PEGA process flow
4-year college degree or equivalent technical study
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
