This is a summer opportunity (6/2/2025 - 8/8/2025) to work with Bozzuto's Client Services team as a Financial Analyst Intern and contribute to work primarily on multifamily and retail budget preparation for acquisitions and new developments for Bozzuto Management Company (BMC). Working closely with the Sr. Director of Financial Analysis, this role will aggregate and organize market data to be used in creation of financial forecasts for presentation to internal BMC stakeholders.
As a Financial Analyst Intern, your primary responsibilities include:
- Assist with preparing detailed operating budgets for both planned and existing developments to be used for Financial and Operational Forecasting.
- Analyze economic and real estate market data to help identify market and industry trends that will be used to draw conclusions to support property operating budgets and financial models
- Interpret and analyze financial statements and market data on potential deals.
- Assist in preparation of reports to clients.
What You Bring to Us:
- Currently enrolled in a BA/BS program in economics, real estate, finance or accounting highly preferred
- A broad knowledge of real estate, an understanding of economics, proficiency in accounting, financial modeling skills, and intellectual curiosity.
- Interest in the Property Management and/or real estate industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Word, and Advanced excel skills a plus.
- Solid project management and time management skills needed to ensure deadlines are met
- Ability to perform quickly, accurately, and effectively with close attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary Range
$22-$23 USD
