Job Duties: Drive business growth and market share across the United States and other regions (i.e. Latin America) through growing assets under management across all GRAS strategies, which included listed real estate, listed infrastructure, and combined strategies. Service existing US and foreign based clientele to ensure retention and growth of market share. Assess financial markets, investment implications, and fund management strategies to deliver compelling communications on portfolio and equity market performance. Leverage subject matter expertise in listed real asset securities to educate stakeholders and accurately assess clients' goals and objectives. Identify areas for new business opportunities through active prospecting, conferences, and networking. Maintain deep knowledge of the competitor landscape in the real assets industry across private and listed. Drive the development and structuring of new product launches. Coordinate work streams and with internal partners and stakeholders to deliver product to market. Lead strategic initiatives across internal distribution to ensure commercialization and adoption of new products from the Global Real Asset Securities. Draft and deliver internal communications reporting business results and initiatives to senior stakeholders and partners. Maintain and grow internal relationships across multiple distribution partners in the United States to educate and raise the profile of the Global Real Asset Securities strategies. Represent the investment capabilities offered by the Fundamental Equities platform to institutional clients in the U.S. and lead strategic projects to support commercial goals of our business. Coordinate and execute business development, product strategy, and ciient communication plans for the Fundamental Equity Global Real Asset Securities team. Mentor, develop, and grow a team of Associates and Analysts across the GRAS product strategist team.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related analytical field; and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, Employer will accept Master's degree in Finance, Business or related analytical field; and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Requires Series 7 and 63 certifications and five (5) years of experience involving each of the following: • Stock drivers including global financial markets, equity stock valuation, and equity investment implications; • Whole portfolio construction and understanding of portfolio effects between owning different asset classes across equities, bonds, and private assets; • Global Real Estate and Infrastructure stock drivers and their correlation with bond markets and the broader equity market; • Using FactSet and Bloomberg to pull historical and future datasets of earnings, price, and valuation across Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors and the broader equity market; • eVestment and Morningstar; • Presenting equity portfolio/product and investment strategies externally to prospective clients and internally to sales and distribution partners as the sole representative for the company; • Using PowerPoint to build slide decks for client-facing meetings and Excel for data analysis including pivot tables and cashflow modeling for companies; • Working closely with portfolio managers and with distribution partners across a large investment organization.

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$181,000.00 - USD$210,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
