As a Senior Analyst on the Global Business Services Data Operations team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of customer data and insights. Your expertise in data analytics and strategic thinking will drive functional excellence and foster a data-driven culture within the organization. The overall mission of this role is to create integrated strategic insights and robust analytical tools that can easily measure business performance.

- Develop and deliver high-quality reports and presentations to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable business insights.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for the US Specialty Customer Data & Insights and leadership teams, focusing on market dynamics, trends, and business potential.
- Proactively creates Ad-hoc analysis that can help with insight generation and diagnosing of business potential.
- Analyze data across US geographies to identify gaps and ensure accurate accounting of units and maintain brand/product/KPI mapping tables.
- Aggregate data from various sources to provide analytical support for brand performance, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Implement corrective actions for high data quality in volume-to-unit calculations and seek continuous process automation to reduce errors.
- Apply analytical expertise to support decision-making, integrating multiple data sources for objective viewpoints and recommendations.
- Enhance and automate analytical tools to increase efficiency, quality of analysis, and robust insight generation.
- Act as a consultant for identifying and optimizing non-productive processes and tools, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage projects under supervision, ensuring successful completion and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and lead initiatives for advanced analytical models and business insights.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Customer Data & Insights team.
Qualifications

You are a strategic thinker with a passion for data and an eye for detail. You possess a growth mindset and the ability to influence and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
Experience Requirements:
- Min. 3-5 years relevant experience within a large multi-national company or consulting firm (ideally within the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry) with a special focus on analyzing big data sets and converting them into actionable insights.
- Proficient level of Excel and very good knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools preferably Power BI. Intermediate level of SQL – enough to read queries and adjust them.
- Ability to mine multiple data sets from disparate data sources and identify performance trends and patterns
- Ability to develop analytical models to identify trends, gaps and opportunities, as well as diagnose overall business performance at a National and geographic, proving excellent strategic thinking capabilities with ability to synthesize large amounts of information and logically structure deliverables.
- Highly collaborative - ability to navigate and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders and take guidance and direction from CD&I peers and Senior Leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present insights, recommendations, and reports to various stakeholders.
Other Experience Requirements:
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Expertise in extracting, cleaning, and analyzing large data sets to identify trends and insights.
- Data Visualization: Proficiency in using tools such as Power BI or other data visualization software to create clear and actionable dashboards and reports.
- Report Generation: Ability to produce detailed and comprehensive reports that translate complex data into understandable and actionable information.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and report preparation.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data manipulation and presentation. Strong computer aptitude and ability to learn systems quickly.
- Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving abilities to proactively identify opportunities and address challenges within the market.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Previous experience in analyzing healthcare systems related data or reimbursement data would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of US pharmaceutical market (e.g. claims data) would be an advantage.
- Shared Services/Global Business Services experience in delivering relevant service services to an international client base (either external or internal) is an advantage but not required.
