Senior Business Support Specialist BD Interventional Central Eastern Europe & Israel

Summary

We are seeking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Business Support Specialist to join our BDI team in the region of Central Eastern Europe & Israel (CEEI). This role, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, will be pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative support to our regional team and channel partners by working in close collaboration with teams across various functions within the organization.

The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills, ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Role

  • Develop and sustain robust working relationships with teams and functions across the organization (i.e. Marketing, RA/QA, Legal, Accounting and Finance) to effectively support BDI CEEI team and deliver on day to day operations and annual business goals and objectives.
  • Proficiently utilize the organization's various business apps and systems
  • Coordinate and manage planning, approvals, registrations, travelling and accommodations for Healthcare Professionals (HCP's) attending BD professional education initiatives.
  • Maintain and regularly update a database for past and future Professional Education and other training activities
  • Assist the CEEI team in organizing local in-country professional education activities, such as product workshops
  • Provide comprehensive administration, logistical and travel support to the CEEI team and partner's sales teams to attend product and general trainings.
  • Work in close partnership with regional and business unit regulatory and quality teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification & Experience

  • A university degree, preferably in Business Administration
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision in a deadline driven environment.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
