Intern CRM Developer- May 2025

Join our team as a CRM Development Intern and dive into the world of developing innovative CRM solutions.

You will participate in the analysis of the needs expressed by our customers in different sectors of activity and will contribute to the development of plug-ins in C# and .Net languages.

This internship is a unique opportunity to develop your technical skills and experience while exploring potential roles such as Technical Architect or Dev Lead depending on your aspirations.

As a member of our CRM team, you will be immersed in an environment where Scrum, Agile, and V-Cycle project methodologies are essential.

You will put into practice communication skills and experience in English and French in an international context, while mastering JavaScript, Azure, and Web services technologies to support the functional aspects of the application's design and accompany our clients throughout their projects.

Your missions:

* Participate in the analysis of customer needs expressed in functional specification documents.
* Contribute to the development of plug-ins using C# and .Net, under the supervision of experienced developers.
* Be introduced to the mastery of JavaScript, Azure, and Web services technologies.
* Collaborate closely with functional teams to contribute to the design of the CRM application.
* Actively participate in CRM projects around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, oriented Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.

Skills and Experience:

* Student in computer science, software engineering, or related field, with a strong desire to learn CRM development.
* Basic knowledge of C#, .Net, JavaScript, and interest in Azure and web services.
* Ability to communicate effectively in English and French.
* Interest in Scrum, Agile, and V-Cycle project methodologies.
* Curiosity, proactivity, and a desire to learn and collaborate within a multicultural team.
