Job Description Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales & Customer Support Intern to join our team. This role is designed for a detail-oriented individual with a keen interest in sales, customer service. The intern will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to strategic market intelligence efforts.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing sales materials and presentations for GE Aerospace Software as a Service Business Aviation customers
  • Manage and update our CRM database with new interactions and follow-ups.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, managing calls, and handling correspondence.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to inform sales strategies.
  • Analyze data to prepare insightful reports for the sales and marketing teams.
  • Keep abreast of industry news and developments that could impact our product offerings or customer needs.
  • Monitor customer feedback and work with the team to resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize admin tools and CRM software to cleanse and monitor customer and potential customer data

Additional Duties:

  • Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback.
  • Collaborate on special projects or initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Current student in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA off a 4.0 scale without rounding.

Eligibility Requirements:

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of CRM software (experience with Salesforce or similar a plus).
  • Ability to analyze data and compile reports.

Benefits:

Pay rates for this position begin at $18.25/hour and increase for each undergraduate year completed. Relocation support and housing assistance is available for those who relocate to a new city.
