Business Development Manager - Products Client Group

You possess a deep understanding of how cutting-edge Microsoft technologies, such as GenAI, can play a transformative role in reducing costs, optimizing supply chains, and hyper-personalizing customer experiences.

You will excel at presenting the business case for adopting these technologies, positioning them as essential tools for achieving your clients' strategic goals.

In this role, you'll be responsible for originating, solutioning, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals across Avanade's products, capabilities, services, and solutions. You'll lead efforts to activate sales strategies in targeted accounts or territories, driving market growth. This will involve coordinating with teams, ensuring alignment with sales goals, and providing the support needed to embed innovative delivery models that create value for clients across a complex landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development plans to assess, qualify, and advance key opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers within client organizations.

Collaborate with partners and alliances to expand the book of business.

Engage with clients to identify their needs and translate them into bespoke Avanade solutions.

Lead cross-functional teams to configure tailored solutions for clients.

Negotiate client agreements with various internal stakeholders.

Act as a player-coach, driving results while coaching others throughout the sales cycle.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the Retail, Consumer Goods, Industrial Services, or Hotel industries.

Business Development Skills: A proven track record of selling large-scale consulting engagements, including global delivery, with a strong business development mindset focused on uncovering new opportunities and driving growth within industries reliant on supply chain optimization.

Tech Savvy: Strong understanding of how Microsoft technologies, particularly GenAI, can support clients' supply chain disruptions and growth strategies. You can articulate the value and business case for adopting these technologies as essential for achieving strategic goals.

Leadership: A natural leader defined by knowledge and experience, able to unify stakeholders and drive a shared vision across a large region.

Collaboration: Skilled at navigating multiple cultures and work styles, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

Resilience and Organization: Adept at managing time, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and handling complex, large-scale projects with resilience and precision.

Problem-Solving Mindset: You are a solution-oriented individual with mature interpersonal and persuasion skills.
