Role Overview

The Area CS Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle and

strategic management of the client solutions portfolio in the area, ensuring

alignment with global priorities and driving growth in the area through targeted

initiatives. This role collaborates with stakeholders across regions to prioritize and activate strategies, integrates data for timely updates, and coordinates efforts across industries and client groups for consistency. Acting as a strategic thought partner, this identifies key growth areas, bridges innovation with business operations, and facilitates decision-making to align regional solutions with broader organizational goals.

Portfolio Activation and Enablement

• Develop and own the activation plans across APAC working closely with our Client Solutions, Practices and Sales leadership in region and globally

• Align relevant global materials to support activation and enablement activities to support seller confidence, and practitioner confidence and accountability to scale solutions in market

• Support the regular communication of success and stories in forums such as all hands meetings, newsletters and social media engagement

Portfolio Governance

• Oversee Area Portfolio Assets: Manage and coordinate the production and adaptation of portfolio assets tailored to Area-level Client Solutions needs across multiple regions.

• Align Global and Area Portfolios: Integrate global Client Solutions portfolio updates into Area-specific adaptations and ensure alignment across regions within the Area.

• Communicate Portfolio Updates Across Regions: Provide summarized

• updates to regions on portfolio changes, ensuring alignment with Solution Areas (SA) and Cross-Solution Areas (X-SA).

• Track Area Portfolio Metrics: Manage and analyse data and performance metrics to evaluate the success of the Area portfolio and inform strategic decisions.

Portfolio Strategy

• Leverage Regional Insights for Area Growth: Identify successful regional solutions and practices to elevate for Area-wide application or global adoption.

• Drive Area Portfolio Evolution: Identify and propose opportunities for new solutions or recommend the retirement of underperforming motions to align with the Area's strategic growth objectives.

• Identify Area Growth Opportunities: Highlight key focus areas and initiatives to drive Client Solutions growth across the Area.

• Develop Supporting Materials for the Area: Create and maintain portfolio assets, artifacts, customer success stories and materials to support Client Solutions initiatives across the Area.

• Client Solutions KPIs for reference:

• Sales Mix across portfolio (placemat v other)

• Solution Area Sales attainment

• Sales Attainment

• ROI on GTM investment

• Leverage partner assets (e.g. ECIF)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Deep understanding of portfolio lifecycle management and governance principles

• Strategic thinking with the ability to align local priorities with global objectives.

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and regions.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate complex efforts across multiple groups.

• Data-driven decision-making capabilities, including managing updates and integrating data insights.

• Ability to bridge innovative growth strategies with mainstream business operations.

Education, Certifications and Experience

• Education and/or experience in the relevant field/business

• Likely has 10+ years of experience

• Proven experience in portfolio management, strategy development, or a similar leadership role.

• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional initiatives and aligning them with organizational goals.

• Strong track record of working with regional and global teams in a matrixed organization.

• Experience in driving growth through targeted strategic initiatives.

• Familiarity with industry-specific strategies and aligning them with broader business priorities.
