Strategic Delivery Management

  • Oversee and manage the successful delivery of projects and services in APAC markets, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional needs.
  • Develop and execute scalable frameworks for delivering new products and services to our customers

Market Leadership

  • Drive growth initiatives to capitalise on emerging opportunities in APAC markets.
  • Foster relationships in unison with our commercial team with customers, partners, and stakeholders to expand the organisation's footprint
  • Identify and pursue innovative revenue streams and partnership opportunities with our partner manager

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure operational readiness for project implementation, including resource planning, risk management, and compliance
  • Track KPIs and metrics to measure and improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and tools tailored to APAC markets

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment of strategies and solutions.
  • Act as the executive point of contact for major market systems delivery in the region.
  • Present delivery updates, strategic insights, and financial performance metrics to senior leadership

Leadership and Team Development

  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams across the region.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence in delivery.

Revenue Growth and Innovation

  • Identify and develop opportunities to introduce new solutions and services to APAC clients.
  • Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to drive revenue growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree software engineering background.
  • This role requires significant experience in the Services & Digital Implementation Services. Hence, a proven track record in providing key inputs for bids and ongoing support to clients where there is an install base is essential
  • A proven track record of managing complex projects, particularly in markets or similar technologies
  • Those with a Masters in Business Admin may also apply this is because of the knowledge level required for this role is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

Desired Characteristics

As this is a senior level position, to be successful in this role, you would demonstrate the following characteristics (but not limited to)

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills to drive strategic delivery initiatives across APAC focusing on ensuring seamless project execution, transition planning from bid to delivery phase, including innovative solutions to meet customer requirements in line with global product strategy.
  • The ability to investigate and resolve problems.
  • Established project management skills are critical to the success of this role as it will require you to manage programs / projects (end-to-end) which includes documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
  • Deep understanding of APAC markets, regulatory environments, and business practices.

Desired Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in a management role in delivery, operations, or program management particularly in markets or similar technologies within the digital grid software sector.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, particularly in markets or similar technologies
  • Experience in identifying and developing new revenue streams or innovative business solutions
