The People Programs Delivery (PPD) Team @ Autodesk
The People Programs Delivery (PPD) team in People Services is responsible for providing global process, service delivery excellence, program operations, training, and education across our People & Places (PPL) organization. The team works to foster greater alignment between PEX and PPL teams, to partner on project and process improvement opportunities, and to deliver the best possible employee experience outcomes.
Position Overview
In an ever-expanding and increasingly complex global regulatory environment, the PPD Compliance Manager plays a critical role to help drive employment-related compliance globally across the organization. You will be responsible for implementing, improving, and maintaining our employment-related compliance program across PEX. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align expectations and decision-making, to identify compliance obligations, and to strategize on complaint practices - keeping in mind our existing operations and industry best practices - while seeking to drive global consistency where possible.

This position is a one-year fixed-term assignment reporting to the Senior Manager of People Programs Delivery.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and oversee the Data Subject Request (DSR) process between People Services, Legal, and People Data & Systems teams
- Oversee our global PEX compliance obligations to understand current state requirements and operational activities
- Develop and maintain a Compliance Playbook (including RACI) for how we approach new compliance requirements, drive compliance, and operationalize the work
- Represent People Services on the PEX Compliance Cohort team to partner with PEX and other stakeholders within PPL and Employment Legal to prioritize, map, and deliver on compliance service requirements
- Partner, consult, and advise cross-functional teams on compliance requirements, deadlines, policy changes, audits, and reporting
- Work as a subject matter expert with our internal functions, relevant committees, and teams on regulatory, risk, and compliance matters including participation with internal and external audits
- Interpret and apply understanding of global company policies and practices, employment law, and other regulations to provide guidance, or clarification for HR compliance matters
- Stay abreast of global and local laws/regulations that might affect the organization's policies, practices, and procedures in markets which we operate
- Design and develop various employee-facing and HR compliance-related policies and processes
- Create and manage the preparation and delivery of compliance-based communications and training for PEX
Minimum Qualifications/Critical Competencies
- At least 6 years of experience in the field of HR compliance or corporate employment law AND HR Operations
- Bachelor's degree
- Possess a deep respect and passion for employment compliance and ethics
- Demonstrated understanding of people policies, practices, and legal regulations
- Self-starter and able to work independently with limited guidance to create structure and develop operational concepts
- Process-oriented, with attention to detail and ability to exercise critical judgment
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills at all levels, including senior leaders
- Excellent organizational, project, and program management skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop cross-functional relationships to help drive results
- Customer-service oriented approach to problem solving and gathering feedback to determine continuous improvements
- Highly flexible and adaptable to changing regulatory environment, and internal structures and priorities
- Capability to work flexible hours to accommodate global time zones
- Handling sensitive employee data and reports in a discreet manner

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with complex HR-related statutory, regulatory, collective, industry and/or professional compliance standards and practices, focused on international markets
- Expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically in: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Expertise in developing process documentation and flowcharts
- Workday experience
