Job Description
As an Hourly Talent Acquisition Partner, will be an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team supporting our Destinations line of business focused on a proactive recruiting approach, partnering closely with the field and HR to build recruiting strategies and proactively communicate with stakeholders. You will also focus on driving key activities for the sourcing of hourly candidates, establishing new sources, creating a talent pipeline, and implementing proactive recruiting initiatives. You will be responsible for understanding flexible workforce solutions, use cases and advise stakeholders on appropriate solutions and supporting recruiters in their knowledge as well. You will apply recruiting expertise by staying abreast of industry trends, labor supply and demand, and business knowledge.

Job Responsibilities
- Translate organizational needs within assigned region into recruiting strategies with a strong emphasis on grassroots recruiting
- Develop and execute regional recruiting strategies to address hourly openings within region and specified accounts
- Manage & engage with talent pipeline through CRM tool including but not limited to frequent communications to engage passive and active talent around brand promotion, recruiting assistance and awareness of key vacancies in market
- Evaluates opportunities and implements cross line of business and account engagement (events, talent sharing, etc.)
- Drive cross line of business hiring events in collaboration with local leadership in compliment to the hiring manager routine.
- Coordinate and run both internal/external job fairs, open houses, and community-based recruiting events. These efforts include all region- and market- wide recruitment initiatives
- Coordinate with contingent labor team on development and execution of strategy for flexible solutions
- Proactively communicate with field and HR stakeholders on recruiting strategies, progress and outcomes
- Act as talent advisor to HR and the field, overseeing workforce solution usage within region and influence stakeholders on leveraging the right solutions
- Act as a brand ambassador for Aramark in the marketplace, championing the company?s brand to build awareness and attract diverse, high performing talent
- Leverage business knowledge, market intelligence, and industry trends to inform hiring decisions
- Provide mentoring and oversight to talent acquisition specialists; assist in creating frameworks that drive recruiting & workforce strategies to continue to upskill the hourly TA function

Qualifications
- Bachelor?s degree required or minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience within a high-volume environment
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders
- Proven experience playing a key role in projects, including but not limited to the optimization of technology, process, and recruiting strategies
- Strong ability to influence and partner at all levels of the organization up to Vice President level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expert ability to consult on talent needs and influence hiring outcomes
- Creative and flexible attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems required
