This position needs to be replaced for leading and developing the HR team in AS plant, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, implementing effective HR strategies, overseeing talent acquisition and employee relations, managing performance, compensation, and benefits programs, and supervising EHS, GA, and other administrative functions

Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field. A minimum of 15 years of proven experience in HR department. Fluent English speaking & writing Excellent communication skills with employees and stakeholders.
