We design, implement, and support HR capabilities to further the strategic objectives of the People Success Team. Our team is responsible for owning and maintaining the Workday Platform, which supports our core user groups: Employees, Managers, and HR Operations. Additionally, we integrate employee data across various HR and non-HR applications throughout the Coinbase enterprise.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Build relationships with key business stakeholders to understand business strategy
- Manage ideation, business cases, demand and roadmaps across the HR business
- Define, track, and communicate appropriate performance measurements to project team and partners, holding cross functional teams accountable for deliverables and quickly identifying and escalating issues
- Map business KPI and assists in business process documentation
- Accountable for Internal Customer personas and Internal Customer Journey
- Develop, draft, and spearhead complex workflows
- Create and articulate vision for product development to support our internal customers
- Effectively communicate with all levels of staff, including executive level stakeholders
- Recommend build, buy, or partner for key capabilities required to deliver solutions
- Recommend new methods for efficiency to support our key business partners
- Conduct Demos to business users of capabilities completed
- Research, evaluate, and implement new learning system product updates
- Plan and coordinate across multiple engineering teams
- Spearhead change management activities to drive successful adoption of capabilities
What We Look For In You:
- 5+ years experience with the above, including strong influencing skills with key stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience implementing Workday and other HR Technology capabilities
- Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, highly technical environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Background working within an Agile environment and using Jira
Nice to Haves:
- Technical experience Integrating across multiple platforms
- PMP or other project management certifications
- Workday Extend experience
- Learning Management System experience
- Custom built application Product management experience
- Leveraging AI for HR specific use cases

Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).
Pay Range:
$144,200-$144,200 CAD
